Process Improvement

Every business has processes that don't work quite as well as they should. They might take too long, involve unnecessary steps, rely on manual workarounds or simply have grown complicated over time. RE:PROCESS takes a practical look at how the work is actually being done — not just how the procedure says it should be done. We'll map the current process, speak to the people involved and identify bottlenecks, duplication, unnecessary steps and opportunities to simplify or improve it. We then design a better way of working and, where needed, document the improved process so it can be implemented consistently. This can be as focused as fixing one troublesome process or form part of a wider operational improvement project.
